BLOOM KIDS

Bloom Kids Sunday Mornings

In our Sunday School and Children's Church we use Lifeway's curriculum, The Gospel Project. Using hands-on activities, video, music, and engaging lessons we help children learn about having a personal relationship with Jesus and a rich understanding of the Bible.

Sprouts: This fun class is designed just for preschoolers! Located downstairs in room 5 at both 9:30 am and 10:45 am.

New Creations: Our class for kids from first grade through third grade! Located downstairs in room number 7-8 at both 9:30 am and 10:45 am.

Branch 456: This special Sunday School class is for fourth, fifth, and sixth graders at 9:30 am downstairs in room 6.

Branching OUt

Branching Out: This is our Sunday evening program from 6:00-7:00pm. Our current curriculum is Children in Action and Mission Friends. We're taking deep dives into Biblical narratives and making real-life connections to missions at home and around the world. We also host fun family nights--keep your eye on the calendar for details throughout the year!

Nursery

We count it a privilege to care for your infants and toddlers up to two years of age during our Sunday School and Morning Worship service.

Purpose Statement

"To provide a safe, clean, loving environment for newborn infants and toddlers up to two years of age."

Suggestions for your Diaper Bag
When you bring your baby to the nursery, please include the following items in your diaper bag:

  • 3 or 4 diapers
  • a plastic bag for wet cloth diapers
  • a bottle or sippy cup*
  • a bib or burp cloth
  • change of clothes
  • a pacifier if needed*

* Please be sure all bottles, cups, pacifiers, etc. are marked with your child’s name.

Illness
In order to protect all children, please do not bring a child who appears ill. If your child becomes ill while in the nursery, you will be notified.

Some symptoms that should be kept out of the nursery are vomiting, diarrhea, or fever (in the past 24 hours).

Snacks
Because of the number of children in our care, it is impossible for us to spoon-feed a child while they are in the nursery. Bottles are acceptable. Infants will be fed only what you give us. Crawlers and toddlers may be given water, cheerios, or crackers with your permission.
